Christy specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, finding a healthy relationship with food, and childhood nutrition. She was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 3, so she is well versed in managing dietary modifications through all stages of life. She was then diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2015, which is when she delved deeper into gut health and integrative nutrition practices.
